Shipping Policy

Scooters Code Green endeavors to deliver our electric bikes, electric scooters, electric mopeds, electric personal transporters or electric ride on toys safely and quickly! Should there be a problem, either with the carrier or with the manufacturer, please follow carefully the appropriate policy outlined below. It is our wish to expedite any problem to your complete satisfaction.



We accept Paypal,  Visa,  Mastercard and Discover for your purchase.

Check with your local DMV regarding both a driving license and a vehicle license for your motor bike, motor scooter or electric moped before placing your order.

Placing an order for our electric bikes, electric scooters,  electric mopeds, electric personal transporters or electric ride on toys  is easy! Just use the 'add to cart' and 'checkout' buttons located on any product page.



The time needed to ship merchandise will vary depending on the shipment's location and the particular time of year. Customers should expect a 3 to5 day delivery time for any item since size and weight vary considerably.

Merchandise will be shipped using Ground Service where possible. Items will be shipped directly from our supplier to the customer. Remember that shipping is usually an extra charge for most of our electric vehicles. Special Note for Electric Moped customers: Due to the weight of the electric mopeds there is an additional charge for home delivery. If you are able to receive your electric moped at an authorized freight center, there is no additional charge.

Damage resulting  from handling must be claimed with the freight carrier immediately! If you have ordered more than one of our electric bikes, electric scooters, electric mopeds or electric ride on toys and if any cartons are missing or damaged, be sure to note this on the freight bill. If you notice concealed damage after the driver has left, keep all the packing and call the freight carrier to return and inspect the damage and file a claim. We are not responsible for damage caused by the freight carrier.

If a product has a manufacturer’s defect email us at for instructions. Remember your warranty period! Do not return products without first contacting us to receive instructions. If an item is to be returned due to a manufacturer's defect, you must first receive a Return Authorization Number from our shipper. No packages will be accepted without the shipper's Return Authorization Number and documentation attached to the package After you receive your 'return authorization number' the item should be returned immediately to the address supplied.

 Any item authorized for return must have the following included in the package:

* All original contents (product, manuals, instructions, etc.)

* Write the Return Authorization Number on the box! Include 'Return Authorization Documents.'

* Original packing and original invoice  or receipt

Be sure to adequately insure your shipment. Keep the shipping documents for your records.
