Our Shipping Policy:
Regarding your order for an electric motor bike, electric motor scooter, electric moped or electric recreational vehicle.
ScootersCodeGreen endeavors to get your new electric motor bike, electric motor scooter, electric moped or electric recreational vehicle delivered to you safely and quickly! Should there be a problem, either with the carrier or with the manufacturer, please read and follow carefully the appropriate policy outlined below. It is our wish to expedite any problem to your complete satisfaction.
Accepted Methods of Payment: We accept Paypal, Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover for your purchase of a motor scooter, motor bike or electric moped.
License Laws: Be sure to check with your local DMV regarding both a driving license and a vehicle license for your motor bike, motor scooter or electric moped before placing your order.
Placing Your Order: Placing an order for your motor bike, motor scooter, or electric moped is easy! Just use the 'add to cart' and 'checkout' buttons at the top of any product page.
Shipping Time. The time needed to ship merchandise will vary depending on the shipment's location and the particular time of year. Customers should expect a 3 to 4 day delivery time for any item; electric motor bike, electric motor scooter, electric moped, or electric recreational vehicle since size and weight vary considerably.
Shipping Methods. Merchandise will be shipped using Ground Service where possible. Items will be shipped directly from the manufacturer to customers. Remember that shipping is FREE for a motor bike or motor scooter.It is also FREE for an electric moped if you can accept delivery at an authorized freight center: see comment below. If shipment by air (Hawaii or Alaska) is required, the customer must bear the full cost. Note that the "Free Shipping" offer applies only to the continental United States. If you do require air delivery, check the costs carefully since a motor bike, motor scooter, and electric moped vary in size and weight significantly.
Special Note for Electric Moped buyers: Due to the weight of the electric moped there is an additional charge for home delivery. If you are able to receive your electric moped at an authorized freight center, there is no additional charge!
Damaged Shipments. Damage resulting from handling must be claimed with the freight carrier. If you have ordered more than one motor bike, motor scooter, or electric moped offered by us, and if any cartons are missing or damaged, be sure to note this on the freight bill. If you notice concealed damage after the driver has left, keep all the packing and call the freight carrier to return and inspect the damage and file a claim. We are not responsible for damage caused by the freight carrier.
Manufacturer's Defects. If a product has a manufacturer’s defect email us at support@ScootersCodeGreen.com for instructions. Remember your warranty period is 30 days for a motor scooter, 90 days for a motor bike, and 6 months for an electric moped. Do not return products without first contacting us to receive instructions. If an item is to be returned due to a manufacturer's defect, you must first receive a Return Authorization Number. No packages will be accepted without a Return Authorization Number written clearly on the package After you receive your 'return authorization number' the item should be returned immediately to the address supplied.
Any motor bike, motor scooter or electric moped authorized for return must have the following included in the package:
* All original contents (product, manuals, instructions, etc.)
* Original packing and original invoice or receipt
Be sure to write the Return Authorization Number clearly on the box!
Be sure to adequately insure your shipment and keep the shipping documents for your records
